MG Management provides a full range of Rental Management services.  We relieve the property owner of the stress and headaches that come with being a landlord.  Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Advertising for the lease of the unit/home
• Finding and screening the tenant
• Creating the lease
• Associating the tenant to the HOA application if applicable
• Collecting and holding of security deposit in our escrow account
• Collecting of rent
• Handling any tenant issues

We have independent and very reasonably priced handymen for repairs or improvements, painters, contractors and other home related services to take care of repairs and maintenance issues as needed.
